I love lake lavon because that's where I excepted crust and it's fun
The grounds were nice. The buildings inside are need of serious repairs. Cracks in walls and floors. Dirty carpets in cottage and outdated decor. Walls look terrible. Some buildings look like they need to be tore down.
Very good place for church camps n retreats, but I would have given 5 star if there were street lights at that camp. It was hard to walk from the church to our dorms and to the hotel rooms and from the fire place, lake areas to our rooms because of no lights. We did not know what we were stepping on and if there were any night creatures out there. But I hope they would put more lights and lights at the room areas so we can see our keys to get into our rooms. Overall good place to enjoy plus good food.
Horrible.great food but camp contained a sickness and staff didnt tell anyone until after the week was over every student went home sick
Wonderful conference center and grounds! The staff is very helpful and was more than willing to work with us whenever a problem arose during our retreat.
